“After violence, hope is all that remains.” – Sherele Moody
The Red Heart Campaign was started by award winning journalist Sherele Moody to encourage every Australian to take action to end violence to women and to children.
This is a very meaningful streetart so I am hoping that people don’t paint over it!

A newish peace sign streetart beside the entry to the Movida Restaurant again in Hosier Lane, Melbourne.

It’s an eye-catching and very important message. I agree, I hope no one paints over it.

But it is in this laneway so I bet someone will paint over it soon. Have a great day Dan!

Haha, I won’t paint over it:) By the way, what does the traffic sign with a slash through the S mean?
It looks like you changed your blog background … did you?

This means no stopping at all – even if you are only letting someone out of the car, and regardless of whether you leave the engine running and stay in the car.I think that sign is just here in Australia?
I have changed the photo at the too but not the layout for quite some time now. Can’t remember when though.
Regards and have a great day!

So much to see in both of these. Yes, violence like that is horrific and never acceptable.

That Red Heart mural carries an important message but sadly I see some people have already sprayed tags over part of it.

I know…that’s the way it goes on that lane. I think it is free for all.
